Vinyl planks in Moonee ponds.

A Small job we completed last week for our property management connections in Moonee ponds. We ripped out the carpets in this unit to replace with LVT, being a rental the owners wanted a product that would last a long time. We notice mould on the windows and also the carpet gripper was rusted. As predicted the slab failed the in situ moisture test so we set about grinding, vapour barrier, floor leveling, and LVT to finish.
